Have never waxed hair off my body...I did shave down in the groin area before though...I will NOT do it again! It's seriously annoying and whoever came up with the idea in the first place needs to be shot.

Drink plenty of water; Eat plenty of more natural foods...the more processed, the more junkier you feel. I eat peanut butter with whole wheat toast almost all the time and I can tell a big difference when I don't.
