A Little About Me<3

Hello! My name is Johnnia and I'm a proud mother of three beautiful children. My oldest is 7 years old and he just started the first grade. He's very bright and energetic. He loves to play outside, play video games (we play Rock Band as a family...lol), play board games, and enjoys reading with Mommy. My middle child is almost four years old. She's my little princess and proudly wears the title well! She loves being "the mommy" to her brothers and baby dolls. My youngest child is two and a half. He's a mommy's boy and very proud of it! He loves to play outside, play with cars/trucks, and cuddle up with mommy! I am currently a SAHM, but I'm thinking about going back to work part-time. I have an amazing man in my life that takes very good care of us! He's very dedicated and hard working! I love me family!

Getting a Grasp on Things.....let's get organized!

I know as mothers we are expected to be the glue for our family. That when a crisis arises we are the ones to figure things out, follow through with a plan, and clean up the mess afterwards; but what happens when mommy feels like she’s about to fall apart? Who sorts things out for her, follows through with a plan, and cleans up her mess when everything’s said and done? No One! I’m not trying to unload some frustration here, but if this is you, and I know it can be all of us at one point, your no… Continue

MY EXPRIENCE WITH CLOTH DIAPERS

After the birth of my youngest child I decided I wanted to do things differently. I would strive harder to breastfeed, keep him on a routine, practice attachment parenting, and use cloth diapers. My family thought I was crazy for wanting to use cloth diapers. I received plenty of negative feedback, but was determined that this was the best choice for my family. I called up one of my good friends, Lisa, since I knew she had used cloth diapers with her children, and asked her to give me the “401”… Continue

intro...

To honestly say, I don’t have a clue about how to start a blog, much less write one continuously, so please bare with me. I will start out by introducing myself and giving a little background information. My name is Johnnia and I reside in West Virginia. I have three beautiful children and an amazing man in my life. This ride, we call life, has taken me through a whirl-wind of adventures, but inevitably it brought me to where I am today. I wouldn’t change a thing.

The “blogs” or I like to call… Continue

Do you have a Twitter account? What do you tweet about?

I tweet about my fight with breast cancer and being a brand new mom. I am trying to find more people to follow me so that my story will help spread awareness:

My favorite scene is when Scarlett returns to a broken Tara, standing on the hill in the sunset; "If I have to lie, steal, cheat, or kill, as God is my witness, I'll never be hungry again."
