A foot long for you & your child is $5, and its only 5 WW pts, w/out cheese. Also, check your mail for the "junk" adds. Mazzios has a $6 coupon for drink & pizza buffet. I make a huge salad and then eat 2 slices of the garden pizza (only 4 WW pts each). The Lite Salad dressing is kept on top of the bar in packets. My 2 year old eats free. My girlfriends and I work out together w/ our kids and we top it off w/ lunch!

it was impossible for me one day didn't make much difference gained maybe a pound have now restarted my diet again.
How are you defining "big families" for the purpose of your study? In some respect that's all relative, as some people consider 4 kids to be a big family and others not till there are 8 kids, or somewhere in between.
