In my country, children have to learn 3 languages i.e. English, Malay and Chinese. It is definitely not easy. The amazing thing is that the younger the children start learning languages, the faster they grasp them. I love teaching young children.
Oh yes. Their want to learn is so awesome during their preschool years. They can absorb so much.
Right now I'm teaching my 3 year old class to write their names. It's going so well. 7 out of 9 have it down.

Four year old Angelica was busy "painting" the floor of the bright blue merry-go-round on the preschool playground. The children always enjoyed a pleasant half hour after nap as they filled up plastic glasses with water and dipped their paint brushes into them to apply their "paint".
