I drink a lot of water and keep small fiber or protein rich snacks at my desk to keep me from getting the munchies at work and to keep my energy level up.

Besides church, I will be calling all the moms in my life to wish them a Happy Mother's Day. My daughter's birthday is two days later so the focus will be more on her this weekend!
