Okay, I don't have any great tips because I haven't figured out anything good yet which is why I need this. ;) Really, though, for me my skin gets clearer when I wear less makeup. I am going to try egg whites for my huge pores though!

it was impossible for me one day didn't make much difference gained maybe a pound have now restarted my diet again.
How are you defining "big families" for the purpose of your study? In some respect that's all relative, as some people consider 4 kids to be a big family and others not till there are 8 kids, or somewhere in between.
