Hello! I just wanted to remind you to join the Christian Momlogic Book Club group now that it's formed. Also, have you added Miriam as a friend so you can send her your info for the free book?!
After you join the CML Book Club group please enter the Welcome Lobby and introduce yourself to the ladies.
I'll bring them to you, Sally. Also, I'm excited about your kiddo being in the Muskogee Little Theatre performance. How cool! Maybe Richard and I can come see it. I've never been to a MLT performance.
You are the winner of the Ayiesha Woods CD. You had also won one of the 10 copies of 10 Best Decisions a Couple Can Make by Pam Farrel. Congratulations!
Yes, my daughter wont even touch him or be near him at all. She is annoying me with that dumb stuff and the more she acts like that the more he wants to come and hug her or touch her...its a never ending battle. hah But honestly they are wonderful kids...just have their moments...dont we all. Tonight was PTF at school, they got their report cards and both got ALL a's so Im one very proud Moma right now. :)
What about your 2, they fight a lot?
Yeah the lil Princess kind of reconnected all of us again...not that there was anything wrong but she just tyed the package together sort of speak. I couldnt imagine not having her now.
The other 2 kids go through stages of jealousy cause well the baby is 2, she is with me all day and being 2 she also needs our supervision a little more than they do. So I guess the age gap can be good and bad.
Btw: My teenager her "monthly" friend came at 11 and in the 6th grade.
Gosh she would kill me for telling business like that!! haha
Ha-ha...we stopped as well, or so we thought!
Why after 10 yrs. on birth control did it stop working, I dont know.
Our Lil Princess was just meant to be here.
I wrote you back also regarding your "I hate you" post.
Hi Sally!!
Oh wow, thank you so very much for the kind words.
Actually that was a story that I have on my blog, I thought it was so funny the day I wrote it that I wanted to share it with others here as well. For some reason the link to the Booger story {gosh, that sounds awful} didnt show up. If you would like you can go here to read it... http://mylifemystory.typepad.com/
No, I am not a writer...not at all. But thank you so much for that sweet compliment, it was very flattering.
Sexting, meeting strangers online, peer pressure... Having a teenager is a lot to handle. This is the place to connect with other moms on how to keep your kids safe.
You've seen it all. Now your children face the challenge of parenthood - your wisdom is invaluable. How do you strike a balance between offering advice and allow them room to learn from own their experience, even if making the same mistakes you did?
