I'm all about mood lighting, so we'll go "spooky" by keeping the lights low. Candles are perfect for adding a bit of ambiance!
Since my kids are little, we'll probably do more "fun" decorating than spooky this year.
The best cupcakes in my town come from my own kitchen, with my son helping me! We make a mean "chocolate chip cookie dough cupcake" that I look for occasions to bake.
Whether from the pages of modern cookbooks, handed down from generation to generation or made up right in your very own kitchen, recipes are no fun when they're sitting in the recipe box. Share your discoveries for all to enjoy!
I have lots of curl, so I love to try products that help me flat iron!
Keep already cut veggies and fruits in the fridge, ready to eat. It's much easier to eat well if you have healthy options that are ready to eat when you're hungry.

Ugh...my microwave isn't working, and this morning I realized how much I use it to reheat (and reheat and reheat) my coffee in the morning! Fortunately, the appliance repair person made it here this afternoon, and it was a pretty simple fix!

Seasonal Confusion
Here is the upper Midwest, the weather can't decide what to do. Is it spring and in the mid-50's? Or is it snowing? It's day-to-day right now if we'll be toting an umbrella or sporting hats and gloves. And...I've gotten it wrong once or twice already. Brrr!
