- My kids and their ages?
My wife and me we do not have any children of our own. But we live in a Spiritual Community (Yoga Vidya Ashram Germany), where 12 children live, from a few months old till 18 years age. Some of the childrenlove to do meditation, parents rise their children in accordance with Ayurveda health principles.

Yoga for Kids
I live in a Yoga Ashram where 12 kids live permanently. Every weekend and in the holidays we have children Yoga Seminars. We train a lot of Yoga Teachers how to teach Yoga to children.
