Week two test trying the Panasonic Inverter Technology microwave has been great. I was daring and cooked shrimp in it. I was craving shrimp cocktail and wanted to use up some frozen shrimp. I took eight ounces of medium shell-on frozen shrimp and placed them in a ceramic bowl with water. I recently swapped out my Sharp microwave for a Panasonic model with Inverter Technology. Sound fancy but what it really means is that it cooks food faster, more evenly, and adjusts the continuous power intensity based on the food in it. I am test trying a fingerprint resistant stainless steel model (Model NN-SD987SB). I feel it is a good example of a large family size microwave for everyday families looking to save time.

As I type, we are losing a friend to brain cancer. She is lucid, in terrible pain, has been visited by her priest, and her entire family has been by her side. She is a glowing and proud mother of four children and works as the receptionist at my youngest son's elementary school. I've spent the past week in California visiting the great staff behind momlogic... and stalking Ellen Degeneres in my spare time...yes stalking Ellen.
