they actuallly offer junior chef classes at a lot of places, try the bigger supermarkets? its sweet because the kids get miniature chef hats and aprons, and the tools are geared down to their size!
I love this book! Every time I read it (only 3 times) I need to use a different colour pen because something else speaks to me. Though it is really hard to get thru the first couple chapters, especially if you have young children.
