As I ran yesterday in the humidity of North Carolina, I was reminded why you shouldn't wear cotton in the summer. It's sticky and heavy. Thank goodness for all the new fabrics that dry fast and wisk away (how do they do that?) sweat. I really like the shorts and shirts from Moving Comfort and from One More Mile. Soft and washable!

Summer Running
As I ran yesterday in the humidity of North Carolina, I was reminded why you shouldn't wear cotton in the summer. It's sticky and heavy. Thank goodness for all the new fabrics that dry fast and wisk away (how do they do that?) sweat. I really like the shorts and shirts from Moving Comfort and from One More Mile. Soft and washable!
