Whoa -- I'm really taking a hit!
Just wrote a blog for momlogic, our fav mom site, about kids showing up to events in jammies and I am really taking some hits for it! I think people are jumping to conclusions and not READING the blog -- I'm not saying kids need to wear formal dresses to story time, I'm saying that I put my daughter in non-stained clothes when going to somewhat nicer events (birthday party, storytime, etc). Clare Nichols said… - interview.... I'm always affected when it comes to children, I would like to have all of the children of the world to take care of if I could but It's just not possible. Children are part of your soul and when I see a child that doesn't have parents I feel a soul has been lose and it hurts. When a child is abused by there parents I feel there distroying a soul that God has intrusted to them. I think if people would stop caring about what they ware and care more about if the child next door is eating tonight the world would be 100% better. It is our responsibility until we are bleeding out our eyes to make sure our children have everything they need and that includes making sure there soul is in the right place.
