I am making a venison stew in the crock pot today, it has venison, zucchini, summer squash, carrots, celery, baby spinach leaves, and beets in it. For the broth I used organic veggie broth. It smells YUMMY! I also made a non-alcoholic Jell-o Daiquiri with Jell-o and cool whip (the recipe is in the Jell-o Lounge at Jello.com)! Well working on laundry AGAIN this morn, didnt get it done the other day. There is still a bit more upstairs to bring down. It didnt get done at all for 2 weeks because I was so freakin sick with the stomach bug, Ugh! So now I am sorting, washing, drying, sorting, ironing and folding like crazy, than when I am done I get to put it all away, gee aren't I lucky??
