Comment by Tatyana on February 26, 2009 at 7:36pm: Oh lord! Haven't we all been through that. Saying the system is flawed is an understatement. But like you, I to went at it! Back & forth, in & out of court, almost felt like a complete waste of time, money & patience. But I wasn't going to let up, my children deserved it. As far as I saw it, it was the least he could do. Writing out a check every week or month is easy, you don't have to deal with colds, runny noses, tween/teen attitudes, cooking/cleaning, working, etc.. etc... So don't give up! Hang in there girlie!!

Comment by Bec Thomas on February 26, 2009 at 7:13pm: Yup your blog discribes the hassel to get child support enforcement to happen all across this country. It's a system that is broken and needs to be reworked, people shouldn't have to try and try and try to get a court order upheld.
