Real Stories. Real Advice. Real Moms.

If the truth is ever to be told, falsehoods in the lives of the beloved must be dispelled and exposed to the light of God's love. A love often purified by fire, until nothing remains but the pure and unadulterated truth. Free from the impurities that pollute our lives and delude our minds. The lies that we tell ourselves, for so long that they become our own personal trues but not that of the Heavenly Father. Who sees and knows every detail of our lives, the choices we have made (good or bad) and the beds we refuse to lay in. The manipulation of reality to best suit our emotional, spiritual or even our physical needs, if necessary.

Haven't we all at some point in our lives, twisted the truth, to protect ourselves from embarrassment, humiliation and or pain. Like little children who shy away from receiving the due punishment for their disobedience or criminals who avoid persecution at any cost. Often falsely accusing or placing blame on others in order to cover up or not except responsibility for our mistakes and bad choices. All because we take the stance that, "that's my story (truth) and I'm sticking to it."In the hopes that if we tell a story, the same way long enough, it will will be thought of as true, in our own minds and in the sight of others.

That old trick of the Father of lies, has kept many in darkness and separated from the freedom offered through Christ for thousands of years. The scripture says, "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth, shall make you free", Proverbs 20:1 But sadly enough their are many of us that have created our own truths and are believing in and living lies, thus forfeiting that freedom the Bible speaks of. Because without knowing God's truth in regards to ourselves we can not be made free. Free from the pain of our past, offenses committed against others and ourselves. All because we prefer our own manufactured truth...sold to the deluded soul.

"And he said, I will go out and be a lying spirit in the mouths of all the prophets. And the Lord said, You shall entice him and also succeed. Go forth and do so." Chronicles 18:21

"So why don't you simply confess to God? Say, "I sinned, but I'll sin no more. Teach me to see what I still don't see. Whatever evil I've done, I'll do it no more." Job 34:31-32

"If a prophet is deceived and tells these idolaters the lies they want to hear, I God, get blamed for the lies." Ezekiel 14:9
