Hello Ladies!

Can you believe it's already week seven of my eight week fitness challenge. Thus far I am 13 pounds lighter. That was a lot of extra weight and right now I'm seven pounds shy of my goal of losing 20 pounds. I know that I can do it. Like I said, this lifestyle is not stopping after the eight weeks are up.

Remember it's never too late for you to start either! Each day is a new chance to get healthy.

Each day when I get up, I remember how excited I am that my pants DONT FIT. As in they are too big and I had to go into my drawers and pull out pants that I havent worn in over a year. That is the best feeling in the WORLD. Once you get results like that, it's impossible to want to stop the momentum of a good program.
