So, the other night we got a motel room to get out of the truck. Nothing special, just a motel 8. But it was great for Wuzzle to run around and play.
I decided to run next door to the convenience store to grab some . , and left Hubby with Wuzzle. (I should know by now that this is a
horrible idea! I may
never learn.)
Upon returning I notice that the room is oddly quiet. Hubby is reading a magazine. My 9 1/2 month old daughter is no where to be seen. And did I mention, it's quiet?
"
Oh Hubby dearest," He looks up "
where is Wuzzle?"
"
Right over there, playing with the remote."
I glance. She cleary is NOT playing with the remote, as I nearly tripped over it when going to check. Nor is she anywhere near where he nodded to when he said "over there"!!
"
Umm..." I point to the remote as I make my annoyed Umm sound.
"
Well, she was." He doesn't seem concerned.
I venture around the corner, and I am not at all shocked to find this:
Remembering just how much my darling husband loved it when the cats did this, I decided to let her be. (Hey! He should have been paying better attention! Right?)
"
Ya find her?" He doesn't even bother to look up from his magazine again.
"
Mmm, Hmm." I grab a twizzler and the remote. I figure I'll let him find her when he's ready.
