I have your "before" body. It snuck up on me. Have been working out since January and lost 9lbs. 9 more to go for goal. I broke my collarbone two weeks ago which has stopped the work out for 6 weeks as the bone grafts and heals, which is a bummer. But I will get back to my routine. Loved working out every a.m.
